Ok, so normally I’m the first one out the door and down the street – but I’m kind of struggling with motivation this week!
Basically, I had to run 3 instead of 6 miles Sunday due to chest pain. Sad times.
Feeling okay this evening though so I’m going to run at least 3, if not 4… And yes, posting on here that I’m going to do it is the kick in the posterior that I need!
I do try to keep the running tweets/FB posts to a bare minimum but used to be pretty naive and tweet all my Strava activity – until I saw someone else doing the same and thought oh, that’s quite boring, isn’t it?
Anyway – by my next post I’ll have got my running mojo back. And I know I have to now because I’ve written it 😉
